兵团高校贫困生资助体系实证研究——以塔里木大学为例

贫困大学生资助工作已成为新疆生产建设兵团深入贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会进程中的一项重大社会课题，倍受社会各界关注。笔者以塔里木大学贫困生资助体系为切入点，分析其资助体系在操作层面上存在的主要问题，并从科学发展观的视角，探索构建兵团高校贫困生资助体系的对策，以提高资助工作的针对性与实效性。

The work of supporting poor college students has been an important social subject for the XinJiang producing and constructive corps in the prooess of carrying out the scientific and developing point of view in order to build a harmonious society. All social circles pay special attention to this issue. The penman takes the sustcntation system for the poor college students of Tarim University as a cut - in point to analyse its main problems that exists in the operational lay of the sustentative system. Contemeasures are brought forward from the scientific and develpoing perspective in exploring the building of a susteulatian system for college poor students in the interest of raising the pertinence and effect of sustentatioin work.
