Further Understanding of the Factors Impelling the National Economy

我国经济经过２０年的改革，影响经济增长的因素较之过去有了很大的不同，特别是在近期呈现出一些新的特点：出口对我国经济增长的作用由于受东南亚金融危机的影响而减弱，消费需求近期对经济增长的作用也呈下降趋势。在这种情况下，拉动经济增长的主要动力应转向投资领域。

After the reform of our national economy for twenty years,the factors influencing economic growth differ from those of the past,especially lately they have some new characteristics.Owing to the financial crisis of the South east Asia,the influence of export on our economic growth has reduced,and the national consumer demand has declined。In such a case,we should look for the new impulse to raise the economic growth,that is,to increase the investment demand.
