基于PZB模型的实训课程教学满意度实证研究——来自宁波高职院校的调研 被引量:7

Empirical Analysis on Teaching Satisfaction of Higher Vocational Training Courses Basing on PZB Model:Survey from 4 Higher Vocational Colleges in Ningbo District

摘要 本文借鉴美国学者普拉苏拉曼、约瑟曼和贝里(Parasuraman、Zeithaml& Berry)于1985年提出的PZB质量缺口模型,采用定性以及定量的方法,根据宁波4所高职院校的调查数据,对高职院校实训课程的教学满意度展开了评价和分析,并就提升高职实训课程教学满意度提出了建议。 Based om the PZB model put forward by Parasuraman,Zeithaml & Berry in 1985, the paper evaluates and analyses the teaching satisfaction of Higher Vocational training courses. All data are from survey of 4 higher vocational colleges in Ningbo district, and both qualitative and quantitative methods are used. Furthermore, detailed suggestions are also given on how to improve teaching satisfaction of Higher Vocational training courses.
