This article analyzes the requirements on higher vocational education under the Delta Regional E- conomic Development in the Pearl River Delta and puts forward the service concept on higher vocational education to further strengthen the Delta regional economic development. Vocational education should base on the actual needs of the Delta Regional Economic Development to build vocational education personnel train- ing mode.
