抗病毒口服液预防甲型H1N1流感的效果观察

Effect Observation of Antivirotic Oral Liquid for Preventing Influenza A H1N1

目的探讨抗病毒口服液在预防甲型H1N1流感(以下简称甲流)、降低血清中甲流抗体滴度的效果。方法将甲流接触者分为密切接触组和一般接触组,分别给予治疗量与预防量的抗病毒口服液,并以未接触者为对照组,用药2周后检测血清中甲流抗体滴度,进行比较。结果与患者有接触的人员其血清抗体阳性率高于无接触组,组间存在显著差异性(P<0.05);服用治疗量的与患者有密切接触的人员其整体抗体阳性率低于一般接触者(P<0.05),说明药物作用效果明显。接触组GMT(几何平均滴度值)达到了1:65.627,明显高于非接触组GMT值(P<0.05)。结论甲型H1N1流感病毒的传播速度快,传染性极强,人群普遍易感。当疫情暴发后,对于密切接触者和有症状者及早使用大剂量具有抗病毒作用的中成药,可以有效降低发病率,减缓病情,控制疫情。

[Objective]To explore the effect of antivirotic oral liquid for preventing influenza A H1N1 and reducing serum antibody titer of influenza A H1N1.[Methods]The people exposed to influenza A H1N1 were divided into the close contact group and the common contact group,which were given therapeutic dose and preventive dose of antivirotic oral liquid respectively,and non-contact people were adopted as the control group.After two weeks of treatment,the serum antibody titer of influenza A H1N1 were tested and compared.[Results]The antibody positive rate of people contacted with patients was higher than that of non-contact people significantly （P0.05）,and the antibody positive rate of close contact group treated with therapeutic dose was lower than that of common contacts group （P0.05）,indicating that the antivirotic oral liquid had obvious effect.The geometric mean titer （GMT） of contact group （1：65.627） was higher than that of non-contact group （P0.05）.[Conclusion]The influenza A H1N1 has the characteristics of fast spread speed and powerful infectivity,and general population was susceptible.After outbreak of influenza A H1N1,application of high dose of antivirotic Chinese patent medicine among close contact persons and patients with clinical symptom can decrease morbidity,relief disease and control prevalence.
