石家庄市HBsAg阴性饮食行业从业人员乙肝防治知识知晓情况调查

Investigation on Awareness of Hepatitis B Prevention Knowledge among HBsAg Negative Employees in Catering Trade in Shijiazhuang

摘要 目的了解分析石家庄市饮食行业从业人员乙型肝炎(乙肝)基本知识知晓情况,以便有针对性地进行健康教育和采取有效的预防措施。方法采用整群抽样方法,对4100名饮食行业从业人员进行乙肝防治知识问卷调查,对其中4065名HBsAg阴性调查对象进行问卷分析和乙肝表面抗体的检测。结果饮食行业从业人员对乙肝是一种传染病知晓率较高(94.74%),对乙肝不通过饮食传播知晓率较低(23.57%),对乙肝传播途径全部答对的仅占8.51%;乙肝知识知晓率在不同性别、民族之间无差异,不同年龄组及文化程度之间有显著差别。知识来源多为广播电视,网络很少。乙肝表面抗体阳性率为44.01%。结论石家庄市饮食行业从业人员对乙肝知识知晓程度不一,应加强从业人员乙肝健康教育。 [Objectives]To know and analyze the awareness rate of knowledge about hepatitis B among employees in catering trade in Shijiazhuang,so as to implement specific health education and take effective preventive measures.[Methods]According to cluster random sampling method,4100 employees in catering trade were investigated by questionnaire about hepatitis B prevention.The questionnaire analysis and hepatitis B surface antibody test were performed among 4065 HBsAg-negative respondents.[Results]94.74% of employees in catering trade knew hepatitis B is a kind of infectious disease,which the awareness rate was high.23.57% knew hepatitis B can not be spread through eating food,and only 8.51% can answer the transmission routes of hepatitis B roundly and correctly.There was no significant difference in awareness rate of knowledge about hepatitis B between sex and ethnic groups,and the differences among different age groups and education levels were significant.The knowledge sources mainly were broadcast and TV,and internet was uncommon.The positive rate of hepatitis B surface antibody was 44.01%.[Conclusion]There was obvious difference in awareness rates of knowledge about hepatitis B among employees in catering trade in Shijiazhuang,so the health education should be strengthened in employees.
