驻马店市2165例中小学生贫血状况分析

Analysis of 2165 Middle and Primary School Students with Anemia in Zhumadian City

目的掌握驻马店市中小学生的贫血状况,探讨各种因素对贫血的影响,指导学校做好中小学生的贫血防治工作。方法对2008年驻马店市城区三所学校的2165名学生的贫血监测资料进行统计分析。结果驻马店市2165名中小学生的贫血患病率为12.47%,高中生16.08%,初中生9.38%,小学生5.08%;男生10.36%,女生14.65%。结论驻马店市中小学生贫血患病率处于中等水平,年级、性别之间患病率差异有统计学意义,今后该市要采取综合防治措施,降低贫血患病率。

[Objective]To study the anemia status among middle and primary school students in Zhumadian city,discuss the influence of various factors on anemia,and guide the prevention and treatment of anemia among middle and primary school students.[Methods]The monitoring data of 2165 anemia students at three schools in Zhumadia urban area in 2008 were analyzed statistically.[Results]Among 2165 middle and primary school students,the prevalence rate of anemia was 12.47%.The anemia prevalence rate in senior high school students was 16.08%,that in junior high school students was 9.38%,and that of boys and girls was 10.36% and 14.65% respectively.[Conclusion]The prevalence rate of anemia among middle and primary school students in Zhumadian was at a medium level,and there were significant differences in anemia prevalence rate between sex and grades.It is necessary that the comprehensive measures for prevention and control should be adopted to reduced the prevalence of anemia in the future.
