摘要
目的对某机械加工建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度进行识别分析,确定职业病危害类别,为职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据,并结合风险评估结果,根据风险优先处理权提出针对性的风险控制措施。方法采用类比法、风险评估法和检查表法进行定性和定量评价。结果根据苯、甲醇、CO、高温、噪声等职业病危害因素的风险等级,在拟采取工程防护措施的基础上,提出关于职业中毒、职业性噪声聋和职业性中暑等职业病危害的风险控制措施。结论该项目属严重职业病危害建设项目,经采取风险控制措施后,该建设项目是可行的。
[Objectives]To identify and analyze the occupational hazards factors and hazard degree of a construction project for mechanical processing,determine the category of the occupational hazards,provide a scientific basis for classification management of the occupational hazards,and based on the results of risk assessment,put forward the specific risk control measures according to the risk priority.[Methods]Qualitative and quantitative evaluations were performed with method of analogy,risk assessment and checklist.[Results]According to the risk grade of occupational hazards,such as benzene,methanol,carbon monoxide,high temperature and noise,based on the engineering protection measures which should be taken,the risk control measures for occupational poisoning,occupational noise-induced deafness and occupational sunstroke were put forward.[Conclusion]This is a construction project with serious occupational hazards,and it is feasible after taking the risk control measures.
