我国医疗费用过度增长的经济分析

An Economic Analysis of the Excessive Increase of the Medical Cost in China

当前,医疗费用的过快增长已成为社会关注的热点问题,医疗费用过高也成为制约居民利用门诊、住院医疗服务的主要原因。如果医疗费用增长趋势不加以抑制,将会给社会家庭带来更加沉重的负担,居民医疗服务的有效需求将更加受到抑制。有鉴于此,笔者分别从微观经济学和制度经济学角度对影响我国医疗费用过度增长的原因进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了控制我国医疗费用过度增长的合理化建议。

Currently, the rapid increase of the medical cost in China is becoming a major concern and has also become a constraint on residents getting access to the outpatient department and hospitalization treatments. If such a trend is not checked, it will impose a heavy burden on families and society, thus further limiting the effective demand for medical treatment. Against this background, the paper makes an analysis of the causes underlying the quickly rising medical cost in China from the perspectives of micro economics and macro economics and on such a basis, makes some rational proposal for curbing the fast increasing medical cost.
