保留时间锁定大体积进样和固相萃取G/CMS法同时测定果蔬中多种农药残留量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立同时测定果蔬中多种农药残留量的检测方法。方法:用固相萃取手段提取、净化水果中的多农药残留,并用保留时间锁定和SIM-GC/MS技术结合大体积进样技术进行定性定量分析的测定。结果:本方法可同时检测果蔬多种农药(可望达到200种以上)。结论:方法大大降低检测低限、回收率好、效率高。 Objective:To develop a method to determine multiresidue of pesticides in fruit.Methods:One method was developed to determine multiresidue of pesticides in fruit by gas chromatography/mass spectrometer with retention time locking and large volume injection through using SPE to extract and purify.Results:The method was developed to determine multiresidue of pesticides in fruit(〉200 variety of pesticides).Conclusion:The method is of good recovery and efficiency to reduce determination limit in great force.
