摘要
目的:建立微波消解-原子荧光法测定肉及肉制品中汞的方法。方法:肉及肉制品采用微波消解,双道氢化物原子荧光法测定样品中的汞。结果:该法线性范围为0.40 g/L~10.0 g/L,相关系数r=0.9995,检出限为0.05μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.86%,回收率为96.9%~105.4%。结论:该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高等优点,是测定肉及肉制品中汞含量的可靠方法。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of mercury(Hg) in flesh and meat product.Methods:The flesh and meat product were dissolved by microwave and Hg in them were determined by double-channel hydride generation-atomic fluorcscence spectrometry.Results:Linear range for the determination of mercury was 0.40 g/L~10.0 g/L The correlation coefficient was 0.9995.The detection limit was 0.05 g/ml,with the RSD of 0.86%.The recovery rate of spiking standard for total mercury was in the range of 96.9%~105.4%.Conclusion:The method is good in precision and recovery.Meanwhile,it is easily operated.The detection of mercury in flesh and meat product by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is practicable.
