摘要
目的:对于含辅酶Q10软胶囊过氧化值测定的结果偏高的现象,进行针对性研究,以发现造成过氧化值结果偏高的原因,避免呈报错误结果。方法:采用GB5009.37中硫代硫酸钠滴定法分别对辅酶Q10软胶囊产品、普通调和食用油、按照10%比例添加了辅酶Q10的普通调和食用油、纯辅酶Q10标准品进行过氧化值的测定。结果:辅酶Q10软胶囊样品过氧化值较高,为102.1 meq/kg~126.4 meq/kg;普通调和食用油过氧化值偏低,为4.09 meq/kg;按照10%比例添加了辅酶Q10的普通调和食用油结果陡然升高,为99 meq/kg;纯辅酶Q10标准品过氧化值较高,为195.9 meq/kg。结论:辅酶Q10软胶囊过氧化值测定的结果偏高,是因为辅酶Q10与碘化钾发生了氧化还原反应,生成大量的碘,造成了过氧化值结果较高,需要进一步研究该类型产品过氧化值的测定方法和限量标准。
Objective:To study the cause of the high peroxide value in the soft capsule containing coenzyme Q10 to avoid reporting false results.Methods:The peroxide value among soft capsule containing Coenzyme Q10,pure common edible oil,common edible oil added 10% coenzyme Q10,pure coenzyme Q10 standard material were detemined by using the method of GB5009.37-2003(sodium thiosulfate titration).Results:The peroxide value of the soft capsule containing coenzyme Q10 was high,the result ranged from 102.1 meq/kg to 126.4 meq/kg.The peroxide value of the pure common edible oil was lower,the result was 4.09 meq/kg.The peroxide value of the common edible added 10% coenzyme Q10 increased rapidly,the result was 99 meq/kg.The peroxide value of the pure coenzyme Q10 reference materials was higher,the result was 195.9 meq/kg.Conclusion:The cause of high peroxide value in the soft capsule containing coenzyme Q10 is that redox between coenzyme Q10 and KI,generating large amounts of iodine,so we should pay more attention to the determination method and limitation of this type of product.
