食物中毒因素及其病原菌菌型的动态分折 被引量:5

摘要 目的:本文对75起食物中毒因素以及病原菌菌型进行了动态观察,应用病原菌血清学分型分折了食物中毒菌型动态,为全方位防止干预措施提供了科学依据。方法:将采集到的中毒标本,如食物、患者粪便、患者肛拭、呕吐物、厨师手涂抹样、食品操作间涂抹样等进行病原菌检验,血清学分型,应用PCR对TDH和TRH检验。结果:1、1978年-2004年引起食物中毒48起,死亡4人为家庭和其它场所。2、2005年-2007年引起食物中毒27起,其中副溶血性弧菌16起(59.26%);金黄色葡萄球菌7起(25.93%)。结论:1、4起由2种及2种以上病原菌混合感染(2起副溶血性弧菌、致病性大肠埃希菌和变形杆菌,1起副溶血性弧菌、致病性大肠埃希菌,1起副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、致病性大肠埃希菌)引起的食物中毒。2、75起食物中毒因素主要来自以农村家庭引发起数最多,其它来自多方面病菌污染,尤其对餐饮、食品行业污染严重,中毒次数呈增长趋势。3、88株副溶血性弧菌,其中单独1种血清型引起有14起(70%),2种或2种以上混合血清型有6起(30%),分型结果:O1型23株(26.14%),O2型1株(1.14%),O3型37株(42.05%),O4型25株(28.41%),O5型1株(1.14%),O10型1株(1.14%);其中O3:K6血清型菌株呈优势流行株和O4:K8血清型为暴发型。O1:k25血清型为散在型,O2血清型、O5血清型及O1血清型亦属散发。4、45株副溶血性弧菌进行TDH和TRH检测,主要以TDH阳性和TRH阴性菌株。不同血清型中,O1型16株菌中有15株TDH阳性,1株TDH阴性;O3型9株菌全部TDH阳性;O4型20株菌中,17株TDH阳性,3株TDH阴性。5、4株金黄色葡萄球菌经肠毒素基因检测,3株金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素为基因C,1株为基因A、C。 Objective:To study food poisoing factors and explore dynamic portion of pathogenic bacteria.Methods:The collected poisoning samples,such as food,patients with rectal swab feces,and vomit,chef hands daub,sticky food pathogenic test sample daub,serum etc,application for credit TDH and TRH PCR inspection.Results:1,1978-2004 that cause food poisoning,four people killed 48 families and other places.2,2005-2007 cause food poisoning,including deputy hemolytic 27 59.26%(16) v.,Staphylococcus aureus 25.93%(7).Conclusion:1,4 by two and two above pathogen infection(two deputy mixed salts,pathogenic Escherichia coli and proteus,a deputy hemolytic vibrio,pathogenic Escherichia coli,a deputy hemolytic vibrio,Staphylococcus aureus,pathogenic Escherichia coli) cause food poisoning.2,75 food poisoning from rural family factors caused many other officials packed up,from bacterial infection,especially for food,food industry pollution is serious,a growing number of poisoning.3,88,including deputy hemolytic vibrio strains caused by a single 1 type of serum is 14(70%),two or more mixed type two kinds of serum has six(30%),the classification results: 23(O1 type 26.14% O2),1(37),1.14% O3 type(25),"42.05% type(1),28.41% O5 1.14% strains(1),(O10 1.14%),Among the K6 strains O3: a type of serum advantage and popular type ": for BaoFaXing K8 serum.K25 O1: for in serum type,type,O2,serum O5 serum and also O1 serum type.4,45 strains of TDH and vice hemolytic vibrio TRH detection,mainly TDH positive and negative TRH strains.Different type,type of serum O1 16 isolates 15 of TDH strains TDH strains of positive,negative,9 all plant type O3 TDH positive fungus,20 "type,17 TDH strains,3 strains TDH positive negative.5,4 Staphylococcus aureus genetic alterations by colibowel toxin,3 strains of Staphylococcus aureus colibowel toxin for gene C,1 strain of gene,C.
