摘要
目的:本文对75起食物中毒因素以及病原菌菌型进行了动态观察,应用病原菌血清学分型分折了食物中毒菌型动态,为全方位防止干预措施提供了科学依据。方法:将采集到的中毒标本,如食物、患者粪便、患者肛拭、呕吐物、厨师手涂抹样、食品操作间涂抹样等进行病原菌检验,血清学分型,应用PCR对TDH和TRH检验。结果:1、1978年-2004年引起食物中毒48起,死亡4人为家庭和其它场所。2、2005年-2007年引起食物中毒27起,其中副溶血性弧菌16起(59.26%);金黄色葡萄球菌7起(25.93%)。结论:1、4起由2种及2种以上病原菌混合感染(2起副溶血性弧菌、致病性大肠埃希菌和变形杆菌,1起副溶血性弧菌、致病性大肠埃希菌,1起副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、致病性大肠埃希菌)引起的食物中毒。2、75起食物中毒因素主要来自以农村家庭引发起数最多,其它来自多方面病菌污染,尤其对餐饮、食品行业污染严重,中毒次数呈增长趋势。3、88株副溶血性弧菌,其中单独1种血清型引起有14起(70%),2种或2种以上混合血清型有6起(30%),分型结果:O1型23株(26.14%),O2型1株(1.14%),O3型37株(42.05%),O4型25株(28.41%),O5型1株(1.14%),O10型1株(1.14%);其中O3:K6血清型菌株呈优势流行株和O4:K8血清型为暴发型。O1:k25血清型为散在型,O2血清型、O5血清型及O1血清型亦属散发。4、45株副溶血性弧菌进行TDH和TRH检测,主要以TDH阳性和TRH阴性菌株。不同血清型中,O1型16株菌中有15株TDH阳性,1株TDH阴性;O3型9株菌全部TDH阳性;O4型20株菌中,17株TDH阳性,3株TDH阴性。5、4株金黄色葡萄球菌经肠毒素基因检测,3株金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素为基因C,1株为基因A、C。
