摘要
目的:观察ATP生物荧光法用于评价疫源地物体表面消毒效果。方法:利用ATP荧光法和细菌计数法平行比较,分别检测模拟现场消毒和疫源地现场消毒物体表面消毒前、后细菌的残留量。结果:随着不同时间模拟现场和现场实验,自然菌被消毒剂作用后残留菌落数(CFU)值降低,RLU值逐渐降低。且残留细菌数的RLU理论值与实验测得的实际值比较,二者无显著性差异,说明ATP生物荧光法检测的RLU值反映实际菌量。结论:ATP生物荧光法可快速地测定疫源地物体表面消毒效果的微生物评价。
Objective:To investigate the disinfection evaluation in epidemic focus by ATP bioluminescence assay.Methods:The bacterial residues on epidemic focus before and after disinfection were measured by ATP bioluminescence assay and traditional microbiological culture respectively.Results:According to the simulation test and field test,the logarithm of relative luminescence unit(RLU) decreased.RLU was linear to logarithm of bacteria colony forming unit(CFU).There was no significant difference of bacterial residue RLU between different disinfection condition.Therefore,the RLU value determined by ATP biolum inescence assay reflects bacterial residue amounts.Conclusion:Compared with traditional microbiological culture,ATP bioluminescence assay is a real-time method for quantifying bacterial residue on epidemic focus before and after disinfection.
