摘要 目的:研究线粒体膜电位与精子功能之间的关系。方法:对104例男性不育症患者的精子进行线粒体膜电位的流式检测,并将检测结果与精子密度、活率、活动能力、畸形率等指标进行相关性分析。结果:精子线粒体膜电位和凋亡程度与精子密度、活率、活动能力、体部、尾部畸形等功能指标均具有很强的相关性。结论:线粒体膜电位测定对精子功能评定意义显著,对男性不育的诊断具有重要的意义。 Objective:To research the relation of mitochondrial function to semen function.Methods:We detected mitochondrial function of sperms from 104 fertility men with flow cytometry,and analyzed the correlation between the results of flow cytometry and the sperm density,living rate,activity ability,the abnormal rate,et al using the semen normal detecting methods.Results:The level of mitochondrial function and apoptosis of semen were highly correlated with semen quality such as sperm density,living rate,activity ability,the abnormal rate.Conclusion:The mitochondrial functions of semen provide us with valuable information on semen function.It′s also an important tool in diagnosis of male fertility.
