450例阴道分泌物常规检查结果分析

Analysis of routine examination of vaginal secretions in 450 cases

目的:了解女性下生殖道感染者霉菌滴虫的感染情况,为临床防治提供依据。方法:用无菌棉栻子取阴道深部或后穹隆部分泌物,生理盐水涂片判断清洁度和检查滴虫,滴加10%NaOH溶液湿片检查霉菌,率的比较采用2χ检验。结果:霉菌和滴虫总检出率为19.56%,其中霉菌检出率为13.78%,滴虫检出率为5.78%。结论:霉菌和滴虫检出率无年龄段差别,高湿季节,霉菌滴虫的检出率明显高于气温低的季节,阴道清洁度为Ⅲ～Ⅳ度的霉菌滴虫检出率明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ度的检出率。如何提高霉菌滴虫的检出率,对提高阴道炎的治愈率有着重要的作用。

Objective：To investigate female lower genital tract infection fungal infection of trichomonas to provide a basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods：Obtained with sterile cotton sub-Shi deep vaginal secretions or after the dome and saline smears to determine cleanliness and inspection of trichomoniasis,dropping 10% NaOH solution,the wet film examination mold,χ^2 test was used to compare rates.Results：Mold and trichomoniasis overall detection rate of 19.56%,of which 13.78% detection rate of fungi,trichomonas detection rate of 5.78%.Conclusion：Mold and trichomoniasis have no detectable difference in age,season,humidity,mold detection rate of trichomoniasis is significantly higher than the low temperature season,vaginal cleanliness of Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree of mold detection rate of trichomoniasis is significantly higher thanⅠ～Ⅱ degree detection rate.How to improve the detection rate of mold trichomoniasis,vaginitis in improving the cure rate has an important role.
