摘要
目的:了解广西桶(瓶)装饮用水微生物污染状况。方法:按照卫生部相关的标准和检验方法进行检测和评价。结果:6年共检测桶(瓶)装饮用水2225份,检出超标样品254份,超标率为11.40%,带菌样品133份,带菌率为5.98%。其中监督抽检的207份样品中,超标样品为82份,超标率为39.61%,带菌样品33份,带菌率为15.94%。企业委托送检样品2018份,超标样品172份,超标率为8.52%,带菌样品100份,带菌率为4.96%。结论:6年间超标率和带菌率经统计学处理有显著性差异(P(0.005)。监督抽检样品的超标率和带菌率高于委托送检样品的超标率和带菌率。
Objective:To evaluate the microbial contamination of bottled drinking water sold in Guangxi.Methods:Water samples were assessed by national standard methods.Results:Out of the total 2225 samples examined during a period of 6 years,254(11.40%) did not meet the national standards and 133(5.98%) were found to be contaminated with bacteria.Among the 207 samples obtained from supervision,82(39.61%) were unqualified and 33(15.94%) had bacterial contamination,while 172(8.52%) were unqualified and 100(4.96%) had bacterial contamination in the 2018 samples submitted by the manufacturers.Conclusion:There are statistically significant differences(P〈0.005) in the rates of unqualified products and bacterial contamination between the 6 years.The disqualification rate of the supervision samples is higher than that of the samples submitted by manufacturers themselves.
