摘要 义务教育均衡发展蕴含着理念更新、战略转型、科学发展的重要意涵。来自现代社会不同价值范畴的发展理念,使得义务教育均衡发展的内涵在不断地更新、扩展、叠合,并且复杂化,并通过文化和符号层面的超越性,归结并统摄于义务教育发展的实践层面的超越性。从配置均衡、供需均衡到动态均衡,义务教育均衡发展的意涵丰富性都是其超越性的生动表征。 The balanced development of compulsory education contains the important meanings ot concept renewal, strategic transformation and scientific development. The development concepts from different value categories in the modern society have made the connotation of compulsory educational balanced development continuously renewed, expanded, coincided, and complicated, and through the transcendence at the level of culture and symbol to sum up and govern the transcendence at the level of practice in compulsory education development. From allocation balance, supply and demand balance to dynamic balance, the implication richness of compulsory educational balanced development is the vivid representation of its transcendence.
