On the History of the Education Equality in the United States:A Perspective of Equality among Groups

摘要 美国社会在漫长的岁月里实际上在追求种族的组间教育权利平等和学区的教育资源组间平等。在追求教育平等的历程中,法律具有特别重要的作用。正是国家的法律确认了教育平等的努力成效,制度化了追求教育平等努力的结果,这与当代整个社会的法治进程是同步的。 For a long period of time, the United States has actually been pursuing equality of racial educational right and educational resources of school districts among groups. The law plays a significant important role in the realization of educational equality. And it was just because the law of the country has verified the achievement of educational equality that has led to the systematic result of pursuing educational equality, which is synchronized with the modern social progress of legalization.
