微量元素检测与Ⅱ型糖尿病相关性研究 被引量:6

Correlative study on Trace Elements Dellitus and Type ⅡDiabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者微量元素检测的临床意义。方法:分别用比色法、吡啶偶氮氛显色法、Cal-magite.检测镁、锌、铜、铁、钙的含量。结果:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的锌、镁含量都比正常对照组低,铜的含量高于对照组,钙、铁含量与正常对照组无显著性差异。结论:微量元素含量高低与II型糖尿病密切相关,具有重要临床意义。 Objective:to investiqation clinical significance in Trace Elements Dellitus of Type ⅡDiabetes mellitus patient.Methods:To use colorimetric method,pyridylazoatomasphere developing process,Calmagite.To detetion content of Zn、Mg、Ca、Cu、Fe.Results:The content ofZn、Mg in Type ⅡDiabetes mellitus patient was lower than that in the controlgroup,The content of Cu was higher than that in the controlgroup,The content of Ca、Fe There were no significant differences between the the controlgroup.Conclusion:Trace elements content was closely related with Type ⅡDiabetes mellitus,It hase clinically significant.
