摘要
目的:应用原子吸收法测定罗布麻叶中Pb、Cr、Cd、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn7种微量元素的含量。方法:采用微波消解—原子吸收法测定样品中所含有7种微量元素的含量,其中Pb、Cd、Cr3种元素采用的是石墨炉原子化器,Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn4种元素采用火焰原子化器。并做了相关的方法学检查。结果:样品测量结果显示样品中Zn、Fe、Mn3种有益元素均有较丰富的检出;其他4种重金属元素含量均符合我国及其他相关国家的限量要求。结论:该方法简便、准确,可较好地用于罗布麻叶微量元素的含量测定。
Objective:To determine the content of seven trace elements(Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn Fe,Mn,Cr)in dogbane leaf.Methods:This experiment choose the different dogbane leaf from the different source,adopted the method of microwave digestion-AAS to establish the detection of the microelement in dogbane leaf.Results:The microelement Zn、Fe、Mn in the sample is rich;the other heavy metal is up to snuff.Conclusions:The method is simple and accurate and can be used in the determination of trace elements in dogbane leaf.
