摘要
目的:了解社区糖尿病患者的家庭干预对治疗、控制糖尿病的积极作用。方法:将136例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与干预组各68例进行对比观察,评价家庭干预对糖尿病患者康复过程的影响。结果:通过家庭干预,干预组的治疗效果优于对照组。讨论:要充分利用社区医疗的有利资源,形成糖尿病患者康复的良好就诊环境,社区医疗将是糖尿病患者的家庭康复干预的最佳方式。
Objective：To understand the community of family intervention on diabetes treatment and control of diabetes and the active role.Methods 136 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and intervention group compared the 68 cases observed,the evaluation of family intervention on the impact of the rehabilitation process of patients with diabetes.Results：family intervention,the therapeutic effect of the intervention group than the control group.Discussion：To take full advantage of the favorable community health resources and form a good recovery in patients with diabetes,treatment environment,community health care of diabetic patients would be the best way to home-based rehabilitation interventions.
