摘要 构建了某轿车后排座椅骨架的详细有限元分析模型,根据企业关于座椅靠背刚度试验标准以及GB15083-2006中《行李位移乘客防护装置的试验方法》,对座椅骨架静刚度和行李冲击强度进行了仿真分析。给出了靠背闭锁装置的承力要求,并根据分析结果提出了结构轻量化设计方案。仿真分析结果表明,在符合法规要求的前提下,有效减轻了座椅质量。 A detailed finite element analysis model of a car rear seat frame was built in this paper. The static stiffness and dynamic impact strength of the seat frame are simulated and analyzed based on the enterprise standard on seat back stiffness and GB15083-2006 Test Method of Occupant Protective Device during Luggage Displacement. The force bearing requirement of the locking device of seat back is presented, and a lightweight design of the seat back structure is put forward according to results of the analysis. The results of simulative analysis show that seat mass is reduced effectively on the prerequisite of meeting the requirement of regulations.
