摘要
通过仿真计算分析了某发动机在开发过程中出现的曲柄连杆机构活塞销卡滞现象的机理和本质,并提出了"残余间隙"概念。在刚度一定条件下采用接触摩擦副变形图表明了装配间隙及其接触摩擦副的变形与"残余间隙"的关系,找到了曲柄连杆机构活塞销卡滞原因。在此基础上并结合工程实际提出了优化设计方案和摩擦副间隙的工程判据,通过试验验证了优化方案的可行性。
The mechanism and nature of piston pin seizure occurring in the development of an engine is computed and analyzed by simulation in the paper, and the "residual clearanee' concept is presented. The deformation diagram of the contact friction pair under a certain stiffness indicates the correlation between the deformation of assembling clearance and its contact friction pairs with "residual clearance", the cause of piston pin seizure is thus identified. Based on this and combine with engineering practice, the engineering basis of optimization design and friction pair clearance is presented, test verifies feasibility of the optimized design.
