The Rapid Alignment Method of Point Cloud Data for Auto Body based on UG

摘要 根据图形坐标变化理论,提出了基于UG点拟合法的汽车车身点云数据坐标快速对齐方法,介绍了点拟合法的坐标变化理论及汽车车身坐标系与UG系统坐标系的对齐方法。结合工程实例,利用点拟合法快速准确地实现了车身点云数据的坐标对齐,验证了该方法的有效性。 In accordance with graphic coordinate change theory, the rapid alignment method of point cloud data for auto-body based on the UG-points fit method is presented in the paper, in which the coordinate change theory of point fit method and the alignment method of auto-body coordinate and UG system coordinate system are introduced. It takes engineering example to use the point fit method to align the coordinate of auto-body point cloud data quickly and correctly. The result verified effectiveness of this method.
