经济全球化背景下国际贸易法对国家贸易安全的保证

经济全球化作为当今世界经济格局最明显的特征,从根本上推进了国家间的自由贸易,各国间经贸活动的日益频繁促成了全球统一规则的基本形成。为保证国际社会正常经济活动安全进行,并进一步推动国际交往扩张和深化,国际贸易法相应地进入了新的发展时期以实现其对国家贸易安全充分的保证。自2001年中国加入WTO以来,对外贸易飞速增长,发展证明了我国积极参与经济全球化的重要战略决策的正确性同时也为我国的贸易安全敲响了警钟,欧美等进口国对我国出口产品的进行贸易保护,使得我国贸易利益无法保障。可见,在经济全球化背景下,熟练掌握WTO规则以及其他国际贸易法规范以保证我国在国际经贸活动中的贸易安全具有重大意义。

Economic globalization, as the most prominent characteristic of modern world economic pattern, essentially promotes free trade between countries, and the ever-increasing economic and trade exchanges of nations come to form unified global rules. To ensure the security of normal economic activities in international communities, international trade law should enter a new stage to proper ensure national trade security so as to propel the extension of international communication. China＇ s entry into WTO since the 2001 has confirmed her correct decision of participating into economic globalization, for her rapid growth of foreign trade; however, we should be alert to U. S. ＇s and European countries＇ protectionism against our export products, which resulted in our no gains from these trades. Therefore, against the background of economic globalization, we should have a good command of WTO rules and Other norms of international trade law in order to safeguard our trade security during international trade.
