摘要
同水平密排热顶铸造技术可获得冶金质量优良的合金铸锭,同时极大地提高生产效率。研究了7075铝合金中主要合金元素及杂质对其力学性能和铸造性能的影响,并从合金成分控制、熔体净化措施、铸造工艺参数优化等方面,分析其对合金铸造冶金质量的影响,提出了有效防止铸锭裂纹的措施,成功地生产出规格为100mm×500mm、12块/铸次的7075铝合金扁锭。
Al alloy slabs with smooth surface and good quality can be produced efficiently using close-packed same level hot top casting technology. The effects of main elements and impurity in 7075 Al alloy on mechanical properties and casting performance are studied. The factors that influence the quality of the slabs are analyzed in chemical composition control, purification of molten aluminum and casting technology parameters optimization etc. The effectual measures of preventing casting crack are presented. The 7075 Al alloy 100 mm × 500 mm 12 slabs are produced successfully at one time.
