摘要
研究了加热温度及退火温度、保温时间对5005铝合金铸块及板材内部组织、力学性能及硬度的影响,确定了5005铝合金板材的热轧温度及O、H24状态的退火工艺制度。按照确定的工艺生产的板材性能达到了标准的要求。
The effect of heating temperature and annealing temperature, holding time on structure and performance of 5005 aluminum alloy slab and sheet were studied.The hot rolled temperature and annealing technics of 5005 aluminum alloy sheet O, H24 temper were determined.The results show that the properties index meet standards requirements.
