摘要
大跨工业建筑是后工业时代工业建筑改造实践中最为有利的建筑形式之一,其空间跨度大、内部空间灵活易分割,将其改造成其他功能的可能性很多,因此,从结构改造、构造翻新、设备置换、材料整合等方面对大跨工业建筑改造过程中的技术策略进行了探索。
The large-span industrial building is one of the most positive architectural forms in the transformation practice of industrial buildings in post-industrial era.Due to the big size and flexible interior space,the large-span industrial building is easy to split into different functional spaces and transformed into various forms.This thesis tries to explore the technical strategy in the process of the reuse of large-span industrial buildings in terms of structure reformation,constitution retrofit,equipment replacement and material integrating.
