在当前快速的城市化进程中,旧工业建筑随着产业的转型而退出历史舞台,保护和再利用具有城市历史片段的记忆成为摆在建筑师面前的重要课题。对长沙市某旧工业建筑典型案例进行了分析,提出旧工业建筑保护与再利用应从城市地段着手,对其进行量体裁衣的保护和再利用,以使其获得新生。

In the progress of rapid urbanization,the old industrial buildings are vanishing with the change in industries.The conservation and reuse of the old industrial buildings having a history memory of the city have become important issues faced with architects.With one old industrial building in Changsha as the case,the paper points out that the conservation and reuse of the old industrial buildings should be started on urban sections according to their nature of value,and thus they can be renewed.
