摘要
图书馆焦虑是指读者必须利用图书馆来满足自身在工作、学习方面的需求,他们在利用的过程中会产生心理波动,以致于他们不能合理、有效地解决在利用图书馆过程中所遇到的问题,从而产生焦虑情绪。从国内外图书馆焦虑的研究现状来看,图书馆可以从图书馆、读者、图书馆员3个层面转变服务以克服图书馆焦虑。
Library anxiety refers to when the reader use the library to meet their work and learning needs,they may have psychological fluctuation during using the library,so that they could not reasonably and effectively solute problems encountered,which results in anxiety.From the study on library anxiety at home and abroad,the library can change services from aspects of library,reader and librarian to over-come library anxiety.
