摘要
图书馆信息服务质量是指图书馆提供给读者信息产品的优劣程度,具体表现为信息服务取得的效益大小、达到的目的程度、问题解决的结果状况,最终通过读者的反馈体现出来。通过广东药学院图书馆信息服务的实践发现,信息服务质量与信息资源建设、技术设备的建设、人员素质、信息资源的开发程度息息相关。因此,只有改进信息服务的内容和方法、调整信息服务程序,才是提高图书馆信息服务水平及信息服务质量的有效途径。
Library information service quality refers to the degree which is used to describe library information products provided for readers.It includes information service interests,aims and results,all of which are reflected by readers' feedback.The information service practice of Library of Guangdong Pharmaceutical university shows that the information service quality is related to information resources construction,the establishment of technology and equipment,librarians' quality,the developing level of information resources.Therefore,to promote library information service quality should improve content and methods of informa-tion services,and revise the process of information services.
