摘要
根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(指南),以碘量法测定金精矿中的铜质量分数为例,对测量结果进行不确定度评定。分析了不确定度的主要来源,包括称样质量、标准溶液的配制、标准滴定液的标定及样品测定等引入的不确定度分量。对各不确定度分量进行了分析计算,求得合成标准不确定度为0.077%,扩展不确定度为0.16%。
Based on 〈 The Guidebook of Uncertainty Evaluation and Denotation of the Measurement Results 〉, the measurement data of copper in gold concentrates by iodometry were collected and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The results show that the main sources of the total uncertainty consist of partial uncertainties which come from weighing mass of the sample, calibration solution of copper, preparation of the standard solution, measurement of sample solution and etc. Every partial uncertainty of measurement was analyzed and calculated. The standard uncertainty of 0.077 % and the expanded uncertainty of 0.16 % were obtained.
