摘要
为了研究雌二醇对大鼠小肠黏膜IgA+细胞的影响,试验采用免疫组化LSAB法染色,对不同剂量雌二醇处理的各组Wistar雌性大鼠小肠黏膜IgA+细胞的数量进行了统计。结果表明:与对照组相比,卵巢摘除组大鼠小肠黏膜IgA+细胞的数量显著减少;与卵巢摘除组相比,补充适量的雌二醇后,小肠黏膜IgA+细胞的数量显著增多。结果说明卵巢摘除使大鼠小肠黏膜免疫功能降低,补充适量雌二醇后这种情况可以得到改善。
To explore the effect of estradiol on IgA^+ cells in small intestine mueosa of the rat, immunohistoehemistry was used in the experiment, and the amount of IgA^+ cells of female Wistar rats that had been given different dosage of estradiol was calculated. The result showed that com- pared with control group, the IgA^+ cell number of the rats whose ovary had been removed has increased remarkably while compared with OVX group, the IgA^+ cell number of the rats that had been given proper dosage of estradiol has increased remarkably. A conclusion, therefore, has been reached that removing ovary can reduce the immunity of small intestine mucosa in rats while giving dosage of estradiol can change the effect for better.
