摘要
为了研究东北部分地区猪链球菌对四环素类药物的耐药机制,在兰氏分群的基础上,对东北部分地区分离的12株猪链球菌进行四环素类药物的耐药性测定和相关基因的扩增。结果表明:12株猪链球菌均属于D群,其中91.7%对多西环素耐药,100%对土霉素耐药,83.3%对盐酸金霉素耐药;12株菌均扩增出tetM基因,但未扩增出tetO基因。同源性分析结果显示扩增的tetM基因与GenBank中的肺炎链球菌、粪肠球菌等的tetM基因的同源性为94%-100%。
Purpose of the experiment was to analyse the molecular mechanism of Streptococcus suis which had been in Northeast area resist tetracycline. On the base of lancefield grouping, twelve strains of Streptococcus suis were detected the resistance to tetracycline and were amplified correlative genes by PCR. The results showed that twelve strains had belonged to group D of lancefield. And 91.7% of strains were resistance to Doxyeycline, 100% to Hydroxytetracycline,83.3% to Chlortetracycline, twelve strains were all amplified term geoe by PCR, but none of strains harbored tetO gene, Nueleotide sequence comparison showed that the term gene had 94% - 100% nucleotide sequence identities with the published sequences of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecalis in GenBank.
