葡萄糖调节受损者社区综合干预效果评价

Effects of community-based intervention in people with impaired glucose regulation

目的评价社区综合干预对葡萄糖调节受损者的有效性。方法采用掷硬币法将研究对象按所在的社区分为干预组(59例)和对照组(58例),干预组接受为期6个月的社区综合干预,包括群体教育、个体化饮食和运动干预。对照组不给予特殊措施。两组在干预前、后分别进行血糖、血脂、人体测量学指标测定。结果干预组干预后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、血压、腰臀比均低于干预前和对照组同期水平(P<0.05);总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白变化不明显。结论社区综合干预对阻止葡萄糖调节受损者进一步发展成为糖尿病患者有着重要的意义。

Objective To evaluate the effects of community-basod intervention in people with impaired glucose regulation. Methods A total of 117 residents with impaired glucose regulation were divided into intervention group （59 cases） and control group （58 cases）. The residents in the intervention group received 6-months community-basod intervention,which included group education,individual diet and exercise intervention. The blood glucose,blood lipid and anthropometrie parameters were measured before and after intervention. Results The fasting blood glucose （FBG）,glyeatod hemoglobin （HbAle）,triglyceride （TG） ,waist-to-hip ratio（WHR）,blood pressure（BP） in the intervention group decreased significantly after intervention,and were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）, while there was no significant difference on the total eholesterol（TC）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-eh） and low density ]ipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-eh）. Conclusion The communitybased intervention can prevent the people with impaired glucose regulation from diabetes.
