45例复杂漏斗胸患儿行改良Nuss手术的围术期护理

总结45例复杂漏斗胸患儿在全麻下行改良Nuss手术的护理。护理时重视患儿和家长的心理护理和健康教育,关注合并症的护理,术后重点做好疼痛管理、康复护理及出院指导。45例患儿手术均获得成功,术后未发生严重并发症,随访效果满意。

This paper summarizes perioperative care of 45 children undergoing modified Nuss procedure for complicated pectus excavatum. Nursing focused on children and their parents＇ psychological nursing and health education,complications care,postoperative pain management,rehabilitation nursing and discharge guide. All the children survived the operation and no serious complications occurred. Follow-up results were satisfactory.
