顶空气相色谱法测定甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物中二氧六环的残留量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立自制甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物中二氧六环残留量的测定方法。方法:采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,程序升温。娃哈哈纯净水为溶解介质,色谱柱为HP-INNO Wax Polyethylene Glycol,30m×0.25mm×0.5μm,氮气为载气,FID检测器,以标准加入法测定甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物中二氧六环的残留量。结果:方法学线性良好(r=0.997),加样回收率101.7%~106.0%,理论板数均大于50000,相邻峰的分离度均大于20,日内日间精密度RSD均小于6.00%。3批甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物的二氧六环残留量分别是0.08,1.28,1.33mg·mL-1,均小于限量范围。结论:顶空气相色谱法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物中二氧六环残留量的测定。且自制磷脂复合物残留量符合规定,工艺可靠,产品安全。
