舒肝宁注射液对蝮蛇伤患者肝肾功能的保护作用

Protective effects of Shuganning injections on liver and renal function in the patients bitten by agkistrodon halys

目的观察应用舒肝宁注射液对蝮蛇伤患者肝肾功能的保护作用。方法将122例蝮蛇伤合并肝肾功能损害的患者随机分为观察组（61例）和对照组（61例）。既往有急慢性肝病、肾病及其他存在影响观察指标的病例未列入本试验中。对照组只进行常规治疗；观察组除常规治疗外，予舒肝宁注射液20mL以5％葡萄糖注射液250mL稀释后缓慢静脉滴注，1次／d，疗程7～14d。分别检测治疗前、治疗第7天及治疗第14天血清肌酐（SCr）、尿素氮（BUN）、24h尿量及血清总胆红素（TBil）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）。结果观察组治疗第7天血清SCr、BUN、ALT和AST明显低于对照组（P均〈0．05）；观察组治疗第14天血清TBil明显低于对照组，亦明显低于观察组治疗第7天（P均〈0．05）；观察组24h尿量较对照组明显增多（P均〈0．05）。结论蝮蛇伤患者应用舒肝宁注射液对肝肾功能的恢复有积极作用。

Objective To explore the protective effect of Shuganning injections on liver and renal function in the patients bitten by agkistrodon halys. Methods The 122 patients with liver and renal dysfunction induced by agkistmdon halys bites were divided into two groups randomly： therapy group and control group, and patients with acute or chronic liver or renal disease and others diseases were excluded. The control group was given routine therapy, while the therapy group was given routine therapy and Shuganning. The SCr, BUN, ALT, AS3＂, TBil and urine volume per day were observed before therapy and on the 7th and 14th day after therapy. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the SCr, BUN, ALT, AST, TBil in therapy group decreased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the urine volume per day increased significantly（P 〈 0. 05 ） in the therapy group. Conclusion Shuganning injections may have protective effects on liver and renal function in the patients bitten by agkistrodon halys.
