也谈甲骨文中的“何”和“此”

Revisiting he(何) and ci(此) in the oracle-bone inscriptions

陈年福先生认为甲骨文中的"何"是疑问代词,"此"是指示代词。这种看法值得商榷。在甲骨文中,"何"都是名词;把"此"看作代词,也有一定的困难,本文更倾向于看作连词,表示假设条件下的结果。

Chen(2006)regards he as an interrogative pronoun and ci as a demonstrative pronoun in oracle-bone inscriptions.This paper argues that he is a noun and ci is mainly used as a conjunction that indicates the result under a hypothetic condition.
