红菇多糖的提取及其降血糖、血脂作用研究 被引量:42

摘要 目的:探讨红菇多糖的提取纯化及其降血糖、血脂作用。方法:用热水浸提法从红菇子实体提取粗多糖,并进行离子交换层析及凝胶层析纯化。通过注射四氧嘧啶和饲喂高脂饲料建立糖尿病及高脂血症小鼠模型,然后用红菇多糖给药处理,检测血糖、血脂各项指标的变化情况。结果:与对照组相比,红菇多糖给药组的葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标极显著下降(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)指标极显著上升(P<0.01),并且高剂量组比低剂量组效果更好。结论:红菇多糖有降血糖、血脂作用。 Objective:To explore the purification of Russula polysaccharide and its role of lowering glucose and lipid.Methods:Crude polysaccharide was extracted from Russula fruit bodies through soaking extraction method in hot water and purified through ion-exchange chromatography and gel chromatography.The mice model with diabetes and hyperlipidemia was established through the injection of alloxan and the feeding of high-fat food.The model mice were administrated with Russula polysaccharide.Blood glucose and blood lipid in model mice with diabetes and hyperlipidemia were evaluated.Results:GLU,TC,TG and LDL-C exhibited a significant decrease(P 0.01) in mice with the administration of Russula polysaccharide in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:Russula polysaccharide has excellent functions in lowering blood glucose and lipid levels.
