胸膜恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女性，56岁。无诱因胸闷、活动后气喘9年，无咳嗽、咳痰。查体：左胸中下部叩诊实音，左肺呼吸音减弱，锁骨上、颈部淋巴结未见肿大。CT示左胸腔下部大块状软组织密度占位，肿块内密度不均，可见分隔，左肺下叶基底消失，上叶容积缩小；心脏受压、右移。诊断：左胸腔占位。肿瘤生长缓慢，3年内增大不明显。术中见左侧胸腔下半部有一巨大肿物，较为游离，基底位于上叶舌段，表面血管丰富，
