难治性子宫内膜异位症恶变为阴道腺肉瘤1例报道
摘要
苗勒管腺肉瘤是一种少见的低度恶性上皮一间叶混合性肉瘤，多发于子宫，宫外多发部位是卵巢，腹膜、肠管、阴道等处也可发生，但原发于阴道者非常少见，国外仅有4例个案报道。本文报道1例原发于阴道的由子宫内膜异位症恶变而来的苗勒管腺肉瘤。
