论经济法的几个关键词——兼论王保树教授对经济法的贡献

Several Key Words in Economic Law——Concurrently Discussing Wang Baoshu's Contributions on Economic Law

关键词是人们认识事物的关键,认识了事物的关键词就能够提纲挈领地认识事物。经济法亦然,经济法的关键词包括经济法学说、调整对象、社会公共性、社会整体调节机制、经济法体系等,对这些关键词的科学论述,能够正确地认识经济法。其中王保树教授对这些关键词作出过重要解说。

Key words are the key for people to understand things, and grasping the key words will help to con centrate on the main points of the things. Economic law is also the same case. Key words in economic law in elude economic law theory, regulating object, social public and economic law system and so on. Scientific exploration nature, adjusting mechanism of the whole society, of these key words can help us to understand economic law properly. Professor Wang Baoshu have made important explanations on these key words.
