摘要
主要从事故起数和死亡人数2个角度考虑,对2000年7月～2009年11月发生的煤与瓦斯突出事故进行了统计分析,统计结果表明,我国的煤与瓦斯突出事故呈区域性分布,在时间上有一定的规律性。并根据上述所发现的问题提出了相应的防治措施。
The paper analyses the domestic coal and gas outburst accidents from July of 2000 to November of 2009 in the number of accident and death toll.The statistics results show that domestic coal and gas outburst accidents exhibits the characteristic of the regional distribution and have some regularity in occurrence hour.In addition,corresponding prevention measures are also proposed.
