摘要
均匀温度场下零件的热变形是响影零件使用精度的重要因素之一。通过对φ60mm×60mm的铝质圆棒进行热变形试验表明,热变形会影响零件的径向和轴向尺寸,但二者的变化量存在差异,零件尺寸的变化只是热变形的外在体现,其本质是零件体积随温度的变化而变化。在分析零件热变形特点的基础上,提出了零件热变形规律,运用该规律,可以对零件热变形进行预测,提高零件在受热环境下的使用精度。
Thermal deformation of components in homogeneous field is one of the major factors that affects the components' operating precision.A thermal deformation experiment carried out on a φ60 mm×60 mm aluminum column shows that thermal deformation can change the dimensions of diameter and length while their variation is different.The variation of dimensions are only the external behavior of thermal deformation,the essential reason for that is the components' volumes vary according to the temperature.After analyzing the characterestics of thermal deformation of components,the paper produces the components deformation rules which can be used to predict the component deformation so as to improve the operating precision of components in high temperature field.
