摘要
采用液相沉积法在WC颗粒表面包覆一层稀土氧化膜,改善WC颗粒与基体的结合质量,提高复合材料的性能;通过显微组织、硬度测试、磨损形貌及耐磨性分析等手段,研究了颗粒含量对渗层质量的影响,对比了颗粒改性前后对其复合层性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的WC颗粒与基体有更好浸润性,结合质量提高;复合层表面的硬度及耐磨性均比改性前有所提高。
Liquid deposition method is used to coat WC particles with a layer of oxide film of rare earth so as to improve the quality of combination of WC particles and matrix as well as the composite performance.Through the microstructure analysis,hardness testing,wear morphology and wear analysis,the paper studies the effect of particle content on quality ofinfiltration layer,and contrasts the effect of modified particles with that of unmodified particles on the proporties of composite layer.The results show that the modified WC particles brings about a better infiltration layer in matrix,that is to say,the combination quality improves.In addition,the hardness and abrasion resistance of composite surface improve also than before.
