摘要
分别通过Z-N整定方法与Matlab/Simulink中的非线性控制设计模块(Nonlinear Control Design,NCD),对泵控马达容积调速系统中的比例-积分-微分参数(Proportion Integration Differentiation,PID)进行优化设计。仿真结果表明,采用NCD优化后的PID参数有效地改善了系统的性能,所得结果可作为实际调速系统参数整定的依据。
The paper uses Z-N tuning method and NCD(Nonlinear Control Design) module of Matlab/Simulink to separately optimize the PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) parameters of positive displacement speed control system of pump-controlled hydraulic motor.The simulation results show that the PID parameters optimized with NCD effectively improves the system performance,and the results can serve as the reference for the parameters tuning of actual speed control system.
