为全面推进煤矿节能降耗工作,加强各项节能工作的系统化、标准化、科学化和精细化管理,坚持依法治矿、精细管理、降耗提效及和谐发展的方针,逐步建立健全节能制度、能源统计、标准体系及量化管理体系。
In order to promote energy saving and consumption reduction in colliery,systematic,standardized,scientific and precise management should be reinforced in each energy saving work.Meanwhile,the management according to regulations,precise management,consumption reduction and efficiency enhance as well as harmonious development should be held to gradually built and perfect energy saving system,energy statistics,standardization system and quantification management system.
