肝癌是典型的多血供肿瘤，血管生成在肝癌起始到转移过程中均起重要作用。血管内皮生长因子B（VEGF—B）是最近研究的促进肿瘤血管生成的因子之一，其在肿瘤的血管生成中具有重要意义。该文就肝癌的血管生成研究现状，VEGFB的作用机制及与血管生成的关系，此项研究的临床意义加以综述。

Liver cancer is tyoical polyemia tumor, angiogenesis is very important in initiation and metastasis; vascular endothelial growth factor B is one of promoting tumor angiogenesis factor, has profound influence on tumor angio genesis. This article summarized the study on angiogenesis of hepatoma at present, the mechanism of VEGFB and the relationship of this factor and angiogenesis, the clinical sig nificance.
